Privacy Policy

HT-Fire is committed to the absolute privacy policy of all customer related information by trust and the highest responsibility of the service provider.

  1. HT-FIRE confirms that in the course of dealing with the Customer, HT-FIRE may access proprietary confidential information (for the purpose of performing this Agreement) in various forms including but not limited to: limited information about Customer's activities, business opportunities, cost and price information, designs, brands, know-how, research, analysis, partner names, plans business, business techniques, manuals, correspondence, books, procedures, reports, processes, and other confidential knowledge and information related to the production and construction activities of the Company. The Customer, regardless of the form in which this information can be accessed, from written, conversational, electronic means of communication or oral form in discussions, negotiations, meetings, can read machine to the copies accessible to Party B from the Customer before and after signing this Contract (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Confidential Information”).
  2.   3. HT-FIRE may not copy confidential information for any purpose. In the event that Confidential Information needs to be copied for the purposes of work under this Agreement, copies (including but not limited to files, files, floppy disks, CDs, USB sticks. ..) shall be owned by the Customer.
  4. HT-FIRE also agrees that HT-FIRE will not use Confidential Information to directly or indirectly compete with the Customer or serve the interests of a Third Party while the Contract is in force and after the Contract is in force. This ends.
  5. The obligation in this article also applies to the Customer when keeping HT-FIRE's information confidential.
  6. This confidentiality clause is effective during the effective term of this Agreement and 05 (five) years from the date of termination of this Agreement.

==>> Compensation for damage caused by information disclosure: If the Seller violates the disclosure of Contract information to a third party, it will have to pay compensation for all arising damages and be fined an equivalent amount of 8% contract value.
